Employee Screening

Since 2006 we have been providing support to companies and organisations for the screening of applicants and employees to assist with recruitment selection and regulatory compliance. 

The experience built up has enabled us to deliver a range of services from standardised reporting through to bespoke services to meet the specific requirements of any company or organisation.

We have developed a standard report with on-line ordering to support the requirements of BSi 7858, for screening within the security services industry.  The same standard report is also now used by many employers and recruitment agencies as part of their selection and screening processes.

We also provide bespoke screening services to meet with the specific requirements of any employer.  The bespoke reporting service can be developed for any type of employee screening, some of the areas of covered by bespoke services include:

  • Verifying past employment history
  • Verifying degree qualifications and professional memberships
  • Verifying national insurance numbers, passports and driving licenses
  • Checking personal references
  • Searching for directorships in other companies
  • Criminal Record Checks (Basic, Standard and Enhanced)
  • Checking financial background for CCJs, Court Decrees, IVAs, bankruptcy orders, recent credit searches, etc
  • Verifying employee current and past addresses
  • Working with customer-specified third party organisations for other industry specific screening, e.g. within Health Care.
